Local-first by design

On the Free tier, everything runs locally. Your recordings, transcripts, and knowledge base never leave your machine. You control where your data goes and which services you connect.

What we collect (cloud tier only)

If you use our cloud tier, we collect your email for authentication and usage metrics to improve the service. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

Depending on your configuration, you may connect:

• Resend: For transactional emails
• Cloudflare R2: For file uploads (cloud tier)
• Ollama, Anthropic, or OpenAI: For LLM processing—your choice

Your rights

You can:

• Export your data at any time in standard formats
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Modify your settings to change which services you use
