Use it fairly
Don't use Haberdash for unlawful surveillance, deceptive recording, or anything that breaks your workplace, contractual, or legal obligations. We're building a tool for people who use it responsibly.
Account termination
We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or that of any third-party provider. If your account is terminated, you'll have 30 days to export your data.
No warranties
Haberdash is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for participant notice and consent before recording. You're also responsible for the third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) you choose to use with Haberdash.
